Classes are held on a Thursday evening at The Drill Hall (Ware).
Apart from the weekly classes, we also run regular preparation sessions for the various levels of Good Citizen award, a scheme run by the Kennel Club to promote responsible dog ownership.
Each class is planned and run by a qualified trainer, So although the classes are group based, there is plenty of opportunity for one to one help and advice.
There is always someone available to answer your questions, so you’re more than welcome to come and visit – but please don’t bring your dog with you.
Because of the number of trainers at the club, we can offer individual advice and training away from the classes themselves. The Drill Hall has a large hall which we divide into two so we can run two classes at once, but also benefits from a side room where small groups or one on one training can happen. It is also used for post classes discussions and question and answer sessions.

I first contacted the club when we welcomed our first family dog, everyone was very helpful with assisting us with our training and answering any questions we had. The beginners course was a great starting point for us and I would recommend the Hertford District Dog Training to anyone.
